AcosLeak is an online tool that helps Amazon advertisers find wasted ad spend. This page explains what data we collect and what we do with it. In short: the reports you analyze never leave your browser, and we only store your email if you join the waitlist.

Reports you analyze

When you upload a search term report, your browser reads and analyzes the file on your own device. The file and its contents are never sent to our servers, and we never see them. When you close the page, the data is gone.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your email address
• the role you select (seller, agency or freelancer)
• the monthly ad spend range you select
• the date and time you joined

We use this only to tell you when paid plans launch and to understand who is interested in them. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing.

Settings saved in your browser

The analyzer remembers your settings, such as your target ACoS, in your browser's local storage so you do not have to enter them again. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores waitlist signups.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• cdnjs (by Cloudflare) serves the library that reads Excel files.

How long we keep data

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until we no longer need it to contact you about the launch.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@acosleak.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK) or KVKK (Türkiye) give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
